Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Polylisto ("the Service"), operated by Polylisto ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Polylisto is a software-as-a-service platform that helps Amazon sellers localize their product listings for international marketplaces. The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine translation to adapt titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend search terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current price until the end of their current billing period.

5. Affiliate Program

Polylisto offers an affiliate program that allows users to earn a 20% recurring commission on payments made by customers they refer. By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to the following:

  • You must not use misleading, deceptive, or spammy methods to promote your referral link.
  • You must not create multiple accounts to refer yourself or generate fraudulent commissions.
  • You must not bid on "Polylisto" or similar branded keywords in paid advertising.
  • Commissions are tracked automatically and displayed in your dashboard. Payout terms and methods will be communicated separately.
  • We reserve the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit commissions earned through fraudulent or abusive activity, including self-referrals, fake accounts, or chargebacks.
  • We may modify commission rates, terms, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time with 30 days' notice. Earned commissions prior to any change will be honored.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
  • Resell access to the Service without written permission
  • Submit content that infringes intellectual property rights

7. Your Content

You retain ownership of all product listing content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models. We do not share your content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., translation APIs).

8. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate localized listings. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all output before publishing it on Amazon or any other platform.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polylisto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular marketplace.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account or request account deletion at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

13. Trademarks

Amazon, Seller Central, and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. Polylisto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. References to Amazon marketplaces and services are for descriptive purposes only.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
